One of the first questions I get when I begin working with a new nutrition client is “Where does alcohol fit into this plan?” and what I tell them remains the same – it depends. Our relationship with alcohol is not all that different than our relationship with our friends, family and ourselves. The space in which we decide to dance with alcohol depends on our priorities and goals.

Want to be ready for a bodybuilding show? No alcohol.
Want to walk around the beach with a six-pack of abs? No alcohol.
