So, you wanna get aerobic, eh? Well, this landing page is just the information you need to know in order to get started.
This program has 3 sessions per week (with an optional 4th session) for 10 weeks. The first and last week are testing weeks in order to establish parameters for your personal heart rate training zones, split times and paces for the program. This program will utilize cylindrical movement (Cycling and Rowing) with methods including Long Slow Distance, Aerobic Intervals, Anaerobic Lactic Intervals and Anaerobic Alactic Intervals. There will be an optional fourth day per training week that will include Active Rest, this day has some very easy running, for your information.
$59 for 10 Weeks.
Who is this program for?
This is for your normal, everyday exerciser. You have a good general fitness level, but you are just looking for a little bit extra work in the aerobic capacity department.
– Access to a Concept 2 Rower.
– Access to an Assault Bike.
– Heart Rate Monitor (I prefer this one).
Each day will require a different time demand. I will say that each session should be completed in less than 60 minutes.
