I've been fortunate enough to write programs for athletes with varying goals. I have been able to work with marathon runners, triathletes, competitive powerlifters and weightlifters, as well as CrossFit athletes. On top of that, I have been able to work with clients varying from 14 to 65 years old. I have also been grateful for the opportunity to help those working around current injuries come back to their sport healthier and fitter than before they were injured.
I require a 30 Minute Skype Assessment ($90) before Program Design begins. My rate for Program Design is dependent on athletes needs, goals, structure and time commitment.
If individual program design isn't what you are looking for and you thrive more in a 1-on-1 setting, I would be more than happy to work with you in a personal training environment. This option is location dependent.
1 Session - 50 minute ($90)
1 Session - 1 hour and 15 minutes ($130)
24 Sessions - 50 minute ($2,050)
24 Sessions - 1 hour + 15 minute ($2,965)

Before scheduling your first session, each client has to schedule a 30 Minute Assessment ($90). Clients will need to bring clothes to do some light moving for this session.
I require an initial 3-month commitment (at least 2x/week) when starting with a client. This sets the athletes up for the best chance for success.
I've been fortunate to work with both high-level athletes looking to take their performance to the next level as well as those looking to lose their last 10 to 15 pounds. Having the opportunity to work with those trying to be the versions of themselves is truly something that I have found passion in. I do not believe in a one size fits all model, as I keep what I believe to be useful and throw away what I don't.
