Consulting
For those who want guidance without ongoing support, I will review what you are currently doing for exercise and/or nutrition and give you actionable advice on how to progress.
What is included?
- A one-off, 60-minute video call to discuss your exercise and/or nutrition.
- Before the call, I will ask for whatever materials I believe I will need to better understand your questions or concerns.
- After the call, there will be no further support.

Nutrition Coaching
A habit-based approach centered around changing eating behavior to reach your goals through education and accountability.
What is Included?
- Nutrition coaching is centered around your goals, lifestyle, and relationship to food.
- Nutrition Log Review (if applicable)
- Continuous client support through messaging with < 24-hour response time.
