Consulting

For those who want guidance without ongoing support, I will review what you are currently doing for exercise and/or nutrition and give you actionable advice on how to progress.

What is included?

  • A one-off, 60-minute video call to discuss your exercise and/or nutrition.
  • Before the call, I will ask for whatever materials I believe I will need to better understand your questions or concerns.
  • After the call, there will be no further support.

Nutrition Coaching

A habit-based approach centered around changing eating behavior to reach your goals through education and accountability.

What is Included?

  • Nutrition coaching is centered around your goals, lifestyle, and relationship to food. 
  • Nutrition Log Review (if applicable)
  • Continuous client support through messaging with < 24-hour response time. 
  • Weekly Check-ins
  • Monthly 30-Minute Video Consult
