1. Copyright. All materials created by Paul Buono on the Site are protected by United States copyright laws as original works. The absence of a registered copyright symbol does not mean that such materials are not protected as belonging to Paul Buono.

All such linked sites, materials and pages are not under the control of Paul Buono, and Paul Buono is not responsible for the content contained in any linked website nor for any losses or damages you may incur as a result of the use of any third-party website. 3. Qualifications. We hold the following professional qualifications and certifications: M.S. in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S), Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach (PNL1) and Certified CrossFit Trainer (CCFT).

4. Scope of Practice. The scope of our practice is as follows: 

1. Here is what we will be doing together:

1. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCSs) are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes to improve athletic performance. They conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs, and provide nutrition and injury prevention guidance. Recognizing that their area of expertise is separate and distinct, CSCSs consult with and refer athletes to other professionals when appropriate.

2. Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coaches (PNL1) are allowed to make nutrition recommendations to otherwise healthy clients. So, even without the PN Nutrition Certification, most folks can make nutrition recommendations. What we’re offering is a much better system for making those recommendations.

2. Here is what we will not be doing together: 

1. As we hold no specific Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) Certification, we will not be giving nutrition advice to treat or cure disease. 

5. Use License. If Paul Buono has materials on the Site that you can download, permission is granted to download copies of the materials for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

1. modify or copy the materials;

2. use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

3. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

      This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Paul Buono at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format. 

6. Refunds. Our refund policy for any of the services or products sold on the Site is as follows: All sales are final.

This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by Paul Buono.
